Alif Alphabet is a mobile application for learning the Arabic alphabet, published by ALEKSEI SHELEP, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia, doing business as Sabai Deep.

Acceptance of these terms
By downloading, installing, or using Alif Alphabet, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Alif Alphabet on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
- Redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or any of its assets.
- Extract and republish audio files, images, fonts, or other content from the app.
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or these terms.
Educational content disclaimer
Alif Alphabet is provided “as is” for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the completeness, accuracy, suitability, or pedagogical effectiveness of the content.
In particular: Arabic pronunciation in the app is generated by text-to-speech and reflects a generic Modern Standard Arabic rendering — it may not match every regional or dialectal variant.
For authoritative Arabic language instruction, please consult qualified teachers and recognized textbooks.
In-app purchases (tips)
Alif Alphabet is free to use. The app offers optional one-time tips through the platform’s standard in-app purchase mechanism (Google Play Billing on Android, Apple In-App Purchase on iOS when iOS support ships). If you choose to tip:
- Tips are voluntary, non-refundable (subject to platform refund policies), and do not unlock any in-app features. The app remains fully functional whether or not you tip.
- All proceeds, after platform and processor fees, go to Sabai Deep to support continued development of the app.
- Tip transactions are processed by Google Play Billing or Apple’s in-app purchase system, with RevenueCat as our purchase orchestration provider. Refund requests for tips are handled by the platform (Google or Apple) under their respective policies, not by us directly.

Intellectual property
- The app’s source code, design, and original content are owned by Sabai Deep.
- Audio files are generated using Google Cloud Text-to-Speech under Google’s commercial license.
- Fonts (Amiri, Cormorant Garamond) are used under the SIL Open Font License.
- The Arabic alphabet itself belongs to humanity.
Trademarks, names, and logos appearing in the app are the property of their respective owners.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sabai Deep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) Alif Alphabet.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the app — which, for free use, is zero, and for tips, the amount of the tip itself.
App store terms
Your use of Alif Alphabet is also subject to the terms of the platform from which you downloaded it (Apple App Store or Google Play). In case of conflict between these Terms and those of the app store, the more restrictive terms apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the competent courts of Georgia.
