Who we are

DreamCrane is a mobile application that turns a spoken dream into an image and keeps it in a private diary. It is published by ALEKSEI SHELEP, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia, doing business as Sabai Deep.

Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using DreamCrane, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old — or older, where your country sets a higher age for using an online service or consenting to data processing (up to 16 in parts of the EEA). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use DreamCrane only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

What the app does

You record a spoken description of a dream. The recording is transcribed into text, the text is used to generate an image, and the result is saved to your diary. Optionally, you can request an AI-written interpretation, animate a dream into a short video, and share a dream to the in-app Dreamers’ Club.

Your account

• By default DreamCrane creates an anonymous account bound to your device. It requires no email and no password.
• An anonymous account lives only on that device. If you uninstall the app, reset the device, or lose it without signing in first, that account and the dreams in it may be unrecoverable. Sign in with Apple or Google to keep your diary attached to you rather than to a phone.
• Purchases are tied to the account, which is why the app asks you to sign in before buying. Restoring a purchase on a new device requires signing in with the same provider.
• An anonymous account with no activity for 90 days is deleted automatically, along with its content.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DreamCrane on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Redistribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the app or its assets.
• Access our API by any means other than the app, or use scripts, bots, emulators, or multiple accounts to bypass limits, trials, or pricing.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use DreamCrane to generate, request, or share content that:

• is unlawful, or depicts the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors;
• promotes violence, terrorism, or hatred against a group of people;
• depicts a real, identifiable person in a false or degrading way;
• infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

Dream descriptions are screened automatically before generation. We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Generation limits, credits, and what happens when a request fails

• One dream image per day, for every tier including Pro. This is a product decision (a night has one dream in it) and a cost control, not a bug.
• Video (“bring to life”) costs credits — currently 20 credits per clip. Credits are debited when the job starts.
• If a generation fails for technical reasons (a provider outage, a network error), your credits or your daily allowance are returned automatically.
• If a request is rejected on content grounds — by our moderation step or by the generation provider — no image is produced. A prompt blocked before generation costs you nothing. A request rejected by the provider after it has been submitted consumes the daily allowance or the credits spent, because it has already been billed to us. Please read the acceptable-use rules above.

Subscriptions and credits

DreamCrane is free to install and gives every user one dream image per day. Optional paid features are:

DreamCrane Pro — $9.99 per month or $79.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Pro adds two image variants to choose from, removes the watermark, unlocks AI interpretation, and grants 100 credits every month.

Credit pack — a one-time purchase of 80 credits for $2.99, with no subscription attached.

Terms that apply to both:

• Prices are shown in your local currency by the App Store or Google Play and may vary by region; applicable taxes are added by the store.
• Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. A free trial converts into a paid subscription on the same terms unless cancelled before it ends.
• Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings — not in the app, and not by writing to us. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Monthly Pro credits are added when you use the app in a new billing month. Unused credits roll over while your subscription is active.
• Credits are a limited license to use a feature, not property. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are not refundable once spent. They are lost if you delete your account.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us directly. Where the law of your country gives you a statutory right of withdrawal, that right applies regardless of this clause.
• If a subscription lapses, Pro features stop; the dreams you already created stay in your diary.

Your content and what is generated

• You keep whatever rights you have in the dream descriptions you record. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process them solely to operate the service: transcribe, moderate, generate images and videos, store, and show them back to you.
• To the extent we can grant it, the images and videos generated for you are yours to use, including commercially. Note that AI output may not be protectable by copyright in some jurisdictions, and that similar output may be generated for other users — we cannot promise exclusivity.
• The Dreamers’ Club is opt-in. By turning sharing on for a specific dream, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that dream inside the app to other users, without your name. You can turn it off at any time, which removes it from the feed.
• We do not use your dreams to train our own models.

AI content — accuracy and disclaimers

Images, videos, and interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence and are inherently unpredictable. The image may not match what you saw in your dream; the interpretation is one plausible reading among many.

Interpretations are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, and must not be used as a substitute for a consultation with a qualified professional. If a dream is causing you distress, please talk to someone qualified to help.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and we may introduce, change, or remove limits. Where a change materially reduces what a paid subscription offers, we will give notice, and price increases require your consent under the store’s rules. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide reasonable notice so you can export your dreams.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data from Settings → Delete my data. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, without refund of amounts already spent.

Disclaimer of warranties

DreamCrane is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that any generated result will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sabai Deep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, nor for loss of data or content, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) DreamCrane.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event, or USD 50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights that apply to you.

App store terms

Your use of DreamCrane is also subject to the terms of the platform you downloaded it from. In case of conflict, the more restrictive terms apply.

For the Apple App Store specifically: this agreement is between you and Sabai Deep, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and is not responsible for any product warranty claims, product liability claims, or third-party intellectual property claims relating to the app — those are our responsibility, as set out above. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the competent courts of Georgia. If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence.
