Delete your DreamCrane account and data

DreamCrane is a mobile application that turns a spoken dream into an image and keeps it in a private diary. It is published by ALEKSEI SHELEP, an Individual Entrepreneur registered in Georgia, doing business as Sabai Deep.
This page explains how to have your account and its data deleted.
Option 1 — delete it yourself, in the app
- Open DreamCrane.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
Everything is erased immediately, in a single operation. Nothing is archived for later review, and the action cannot be undone.
Option 2 — ask us by email
If you have already uninstalled the app, write to support@sabaideep.com from the email address you used to sign in with Apple or Google, and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
If you used DreamCrane without signing in — the app creates an anonymous account tied to your device — we hold no email or name for you, so we cannot identify your account from a message alone. In that case the account is deleted automatically after 90 days without activity, together with its dreams and media.
What is deleted
- Your account record, including the display name and email address received from Apple or Google sign-in.
- Every dream: the transcript of what you recorded, the generated image, any video made from it, and the AI interpretation.
- The image and video files themselves, including the copies stored with our media provider.
- Likes and reports you made, and likes and reports other people made on your dreams.
- Daily usage counters, push notification tokens and login sessions.
- Your activity history in our security log.
Voice recordings are never stored in the first place: the audio is transcribed and discarded within the same request, so there is nothing to delete.
What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase records. The record that a purchase happened — an identifier, the product and the timestamp — is kept for accounting, tax and fraud-prevention purposes, for as long as the applicable law requires. These records contain no dream content.
- A record that the deletion took place, so that we can show the request was honoured. It contains the event and its timestamp, not your content.
